How to lose the 'Muffin Top'.

Do you get embarrassed when you go to try a pair a jeans on and your love handles tend to hang out a little more than usual. Sure your legs look great in them but the so called ‘muffin top’ tends to ruin any good pair of jeans. And the fact of the matter is that this is where women first store fat (usually). So it seems like you have to get yourself back into the gym and away from the quick drive through. It’s a vicious cycle that women live in but if you are going to spend the money on the jeans then you need to spend the time in the gym and supplements.

Gym and fixing you diet can be helpful, but it can be difficult trying to find the workouts and supplements. The best thing to do with training is to keep you heart rate up and keep your body moving. Keep it fun with a zumba class or a boot camp. Who knows you might meet your next best friend! As far as supplements, it can be tricky.

Thermogenics are good for increasing your metabolism allowing you to burn more calories, which in the end allows you to burn more fat!
